Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Got a membership after the second visit just because my duaghter loved going. Sooner or later I'll upgrade her to ultimate. Bit of advice for the membership you are locked in for a year but if your going multiple time within a month it's worth it. Also had my daughter birthday party here. Cost me $700 but in turn my family and friends had fun. The bonus was we just had to be out the party room after our time ended. But the kids were free to stay and play some more. Shout out to Jordan for the 10 out 10 customer service while hosting my daughters party. Made the process smooth and easy.

We had an amazing time at Urban Air Concord! From the moment we walked in, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. The variety of activities available kept the kids entertained for hours, there’s truly so much to do! The snack bar has a good selection making it easy to refuel without leaving the fun (no outside food allowed). The laser tag arena was an absolute hit with our family, but the zip line stole the show—it was definitely the highlight of our visit! Urban Air Concord is a perfect spot for family fun, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for an exciting day out! *fill out the waiver before you go saves so much time.

I was here for my son’s 8th birthday. James who was my host was attentive and checked on answers that I had questions on. He was above and beyond helpful. He even reserved an after party table for me without me knowing to let me and my guests continue our party. It was great. I would want to go back for my daughter’s birthday in a couple of months if there is a little discount for that one. They all enjoyed the rock climbing, skyscraper flying thing, laser tag and trampoline jump. He was a little shorter and couldn’t do the flying but my daughter who is 2.5 years enjoyed the facility very much. The weekend is great for members and birthday parties. We were there for 4.5 hours to take advantage of his birthday. The adults just enjoyed the pizza and chatting away at our tables.

This place is amazing for kids 6 and up. Not so much for smaller kids with very limited on what they can do. The amount of exercise the kids will get is amazing here. The wings were really good and tasty.

First timers for everyone at my sons birthday party. Placed at Table A, Nick helping out the entire time. Check in was simple, our placing was perfect for our party size. Everyone had such a great time. Overall, best experience at indoor playground facility. Having Nick at our table was extremely helpful, very attentive, and great customer service!
