Game Time: 3:45 PM If you’ve done over 30 escape rooms, you might think you’ve seen it all. Well, let me tell you, Urban Escape Games in Alpharetta just took our expectations, threw them overboard, and made them walk the plank! My wife, her best friend Jordan, and Jordan’s husband Brandon joined me for this unforgettable adventure. Spoiler alert: this place is fantastic. First Impressions: From the moment we walked into the open, clean lobby, we knew we were in for a treat. Our game master, Jerrin (or maybe it’s Jarren? Not entirely sure on the spelling), greeted us with a huge smile that could rival a Cheshire cat. He was ready to make our escape room experience legendary. Pirates' Cabin: Our first adventure was Pirates' Cabin. Here’s the setup: you’re part of a pirate crew, mid-battle with the British Navy. Your captain has hidden gold in a mainland cabin, and it’s up to you to find it before the British do. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. We were stumped and, for only the second time in our escape room history, didn’t make it out in the 60 minutes. The room’s difficulty rating online was a 5/10. Don’t believe it. If you love locks, this room’s got more than a high-security prison. We took too long figuring out the first few clues, but Jerrin was our beacon of hope. He only gave us clues when we asked, but the real magic happened when our time was up. He let us stay an extra 20 minutes, and with his guidance, we finally escaped. Jerrin, you’re the real MVP! Photo Shoot Fun: Post-escape, Jerrin turned into our personal photographer, making sure we got all the perfect shots. His enthusiasm was infectious, and his photography skills were top-notch. We were all smiles and laughter, and that energy carried us back to the lobby. Round Two: Trapped In Time: Still buzzing from our pirate adventure, and to be transparent a little upset we didnt escape, Darren’s awesome time and the fact that we had time, we decided to take on a second room right then and there. This time, we tackled Trapped In Time. Doc Scott’s latest invention had him trapped, and it was up to us to save him before he was lost forever. We barely made it out, but we did it! Final Thoughts: Jerrin was once again our hero, guiding us through another set of challenges and ensuring we had the best time. His exceptional customer service and genuine enthusiasm made our day. It’s easy to forget how much of a difference great staff can make, but Jerrin was a shining example. Urban Escape Games, you’ve got yourself some lifelong fans. Fantastic escape room experience! The staff are friendly & helpful, place is clean, and they have a dedicated party room if you’re doing a double escape party/event. My teen kids love coming here as they rotate out their experiences often enough that there is usually something new to do! Highly recommend checking them out if you like escape rooms.

We came here for a birthday party and I was leading bunch of kids aged 5 to 7. The staff was very helpful they helped in every way so I could manage the kids. The clues were detailed and were well connected. The kids got excited and helped me to get to the end of the escape room.

We had such a great time! We were welcomed by a bright, clean lobby and friendly faces, then we had a really fun time in the Lunar Station 7 room. It was challenging but not impossibly so, and our game master Jessica was so helpful and friendly. The room was creatively designed and immersive, and the whole place was just so pleasant. It even smelled nice in there! Absolutely recommend!

The lunar station 7 is awesome! Our game master Kelsey was awesome and she gave us extra time for my birthday! Worth the money!
