Kids love it here. Always come on the weekend. A little pricey but that’s expected in this area. It’s never really too crowded. The people here are always friendly and helpful.

I booked a party package expecting a well-organized and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but. Our event was scheduled for 6 PM, yet it didn’t start until 30 minutes later due to disorganization. Throughout the evening, the host was difficult to locate, and when our group was finally called, they misannounced our party, causing unnecessary confusion. To make matters worse, we weren’t given our game cards until I specifically asked for them, which should have been handled seamlessly. After the event, I reached out to management via email to express my concerns, yet I have received no response—which only adds to the frustration. This experience was completely unprofessional and disappointing, and based on this lack of organization and customer service, I cannot recommend booking a party here. 0/10.

One of our favorite indoor parks in the Metro Atlanta to bring our kids. We celebrated our daughters first birthday here and everything was absolutely perfect. Heath -the manager- was extremely professional and very attentive to all of our needs. Our guests loved the experience and asked for their contact info so they can celebrate their kids' birthday parties there as well. The pizza is amazing, the place is clean, and all the staff members are super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.

We celebrated my son's 7th birthday here. I find this place perfect for his age group. Facility is clean and well maintained, friendly helpful staff. Place was pure fun - we enjoyed every minute being there!

I went with a group of friends here and let me just say that the inner kid in me came out! I remember the good old days of Monkey Joe's, and this place really wore me and my friends out. Definitely requires a lot of stamina because after the first 30 minutes we were already exhausted, so this would be perfect for kids since they have more energy! It was so much fun! The bounce house is pretty big; they have an obstacle course where you and a friend can race each other on, a place to shoot hoops, slides, and a balance beam to knock each other off. They have lockers available to rent for you to put your valuables in if you decide to jump, as well as a cubby for your shoes, small arcade, a prize counter, and concessions stand in case you get hungry. In case you're worried about your child's well-being inside the bounce house, there is a security camera that sees inside the bounce house, which is displayed on a tv for parents to watch in the waiting area. They also have an employee who goes in to monitor the kids. IMPORTANT: they WILL make you purchase special socks with grips to use inside the bounce house. No, you cannot use your regular socks, it has to be their's. They don't state this anywhere on their socials. But the good thing is you can keep the socks and use them for next time! They offer different jump times and combos, so you can choose how long to bounce for. They give you a special colored wrist band, and when your time is up bouncing, they will announce your color on the overhead so you can make your way out and let others have a chance to play. My friends and I did a combo session that comes with 90 mins bounce, arcade and "gelly ball" which is basically paint ball but with orbeeze balls. In my opinion, I would not recommend purchasing the gellyball session. It's $10 by itself (without combo) and you only get 5 mins to play, only 1 round. Not worth it tbh. Plus, they state the little gel balls don't hurt, but if you get hit by them they do sting! I don't think I recommend it for little kids unless they have a high pain tolerance, maybe for tweens. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will be back for sure!
