One significant concern raised by a customer involves the treatment of children with autism and learning disabilities. The reviewer reported that their daughter was threatened with expulsion for flipping a light switch in the gaming room. Additionally, the same child, while assisting her younger autistic sister in the toddler area, was told to leave despite playing calmly. The reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the staff's apparent lack of understanding and respect for neurodivergent individuals.

Conversely, positive reviews highlight the venue's suitability for birthday parties. One customer praised the party coordinator, Krisalyn, for her excellent service, noting her attentiveness and helpfulness. They also found the pricing to be reasonable and appreciated the venue's flexibility regarding the number of attendees.

The conflicting reviews suggest a disparity in customer experiences. While the venue may be suitable for organized parties with attentive staff, there are significant concerns regarding the staff's handling of children with special needs.

Key points from customer reviews:

  • Concerns about staff's handling of children with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Positive feedback regarding party coordination and pricing.
  • Mixed experiences with overall customer service.
  • Potential accessibility issues for neurodivergent individuals.

So my daughter has autism and a learning disability. She flipped the light switch in the gaming room and was told if she done it again she would be “kicked out” She was in the toddler section with her sister, who also is autistic and 3 years old and was told to leave the area. Yes.. she’s 6, however, she was helping her sister and does not have the mental capacity of an average 6 year old. They were playing together calmly together. There were adults and other older kids in there as well, and she was pointed out. It used to be good but it’s a garbage place now and I will NOT go back. They have no respect for the disabled and neurodivergent.

We had an awesome birthday party for my daughter here. We’ve had more than one party here and it’s always been a great experience. I want to personally shout out to our party coordinator, Krisalyn. She did an awesome job with always confirming with us if we needed anything and doing anything we needed to help out. Give this girl a raise! Also it’s reasonably priced and they work with you depending on how many kids end up coming. Book your party here, you won’t regret it!

Took three kids on a Saturday afternoon in mid-summer. My group was 5, 4, and 2 and this place was great. $36 for all 3 and unlimited play time. Even with birthday parties going on, we had the run of the place. Older kids (past probably 8-10) would be very limited/bored but for our younger group it was great.

I have been coming here for a year with my grandson and this place has become so dirty and dusty and so much debris that needs to be cleaned up every time we go there he gets sick after and twice I have picked up bandages it’s disgusting employees never walk around and they were three of them and were just standing around Couldn’t they be cleaning or walking around to look for trash on the ground? Or maybe wiping down the tables Making sure that the kids are playing properly because the parents don’t

This place was dirty from top to bottom. I don't recommend it especially if you have a small child as everything in the toddler section made me cringe sorry baby Ninny will do better next year.
