The classic tour was really great! Our tour guide was very informative and thoroughly explained all the sets and the movies/shows that were filmed there. The Friends section was really cool because you could see the actual set where the show was filmed. Gilmore Girls head also very similar but had a lot more photo stops and more buildings. It is really cool to see the set and compare it to how camera tricks make it look so different. The Harry Potter section had a lot of activities. There was the sorting hat, the potions, the cupboard under the stairs, a green screen section, and so much more!! A must see is the Sound show because it is truly fascinating to see how different aspects of sound are out together for a greater and more impactful effect. They even gave us free boxes of Friends themes cereal which was delicious!!! I would highly recommend going as it is truly worth it to see the parts of the film industry that most people don’t.

My husband and I just did the WB studio tour during their Holidays Made Here event where they deck out the town square where Gilmore Girls was filmed to look like Stars Hollow. It was so great! The staff did an amazing job making it a fun experience. Our tour guide Dan was super funny and knowledgeable on the tram portion of the tour. In Stars Hollow we did Gilmore Girls trivia with Amanda where she shared even more Gilmore fun facts and set knowledge.

We were all so excited with our weekday tour to go see the Girlmore Girls set/little town!! However, we found several restrictions which we followed of course rules are rules. The overall experience felt rushed and forced, not pleasant. For example; Luke's diner, you had to get in line in order to take a picture outside, then be able to enter, grabbed your drinks or pastries( if any purchased outside - really worth it by the way, not pricey and tasty) as you enter you are told which of the two tables you are able to use for your pictures, then head out through the ramp to leave the diner and get some further shopping, but what it bother me the most was that once you exit completely that shopping area/building, you happened to stand on the sidewalk for another picture by the telephone you will not be allowed to do so even though it is on the other side of the diner entrance, you will be asked by the same staff taking the pictures to get in line again for another picture, then you will have to because I have to say, the pictures taken prior to entering need to be where the staff forcefully ask you to stand ( by Luke's sign and main entrance). The problem with those pictures taken was that our eyes were closed, and we were facing a different side as we all got confused on which camera we were supposed to look first ( WB's or ours ). The DC and Harry Potter exhibition was okay.

We went there on Boxing Day, pre booked the tour online a week prior. Do we enjoy the tour? Yes, is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes if you like their shows. My wife and I love Friends, our teenage daughter loves Gilmore Girls(seasonal, not available all the time) our son loves super heroes so this is a no brainer for us. All the guides are super knowledgeable and friendly, a lot of them will offer to take a photo for you if they see you taking selfies which is amazing since we are a family of four. We booked the 9am tour since we visited there during the holiday season, I strongly recommend booking early session if you are visiting during weekend or public holidays. By the time we are leaving, the place is filled with people, which will make it harder to take photos.

I brought my child here in October 2024 and it was a lot of fun. She enjoyed seeing all the props, seeing the sound stages, travelling around the property by golf cart and being able to pose on sets and have green screen movies for Batman and Harry Potter. We both had a really good time. Parking wasn’t overly expensive, the studio was easy to reach, and the tickets were easy to purchase.
