Water Park of New England

I only found this place because I was staying at the hotel. My kids had a blast. It was a little crowded but overall we had a great time and would definitely go back. You can't bring your own snacks in but you can eat them out in the nice lobby area. There's a bar there and also concession foods for purchase.

Food was pretty standard, it was alright. Not the cleanest and not much to do but it's something fun to do for a short amount of time. Obviously good for children. A little bit pricey though.

Great place to take your kids. Went for my Godsons birthday. It wasn't crowded when we went. They do have lockers for rent in and out side of the park area. The hot tub is a wonderful concept. Goes from one hot tube on the inside to 3 more connected hot tubs on the outside. No one under 15 is allowed in the hot tub. The only thing is that there were alot of hornets by the splash pad and outside hot tub gate. My Godson ended up getting stung. They do have a first aid office where they were very nice and professional. The place didn't have that overwhelming chlorine smell, but the water did burn my eyes. The lazy river is relaxing but needs more tubes. Many were deflated and a long line of people were waiting for a good tube. The splash pad was cute. I think the grown-ups had more fun on it though. They do have a bar to get a few drinks. You can not drink in the park area. You have to drink in the bar area. It was set up with many tables and chairs. The bartender was nice. The pool was the only place that was crowded. The food and drinks a overpriced but that is to be expected. The kids had a blast. Next time we will stay overnight at the hotel, so we don't have to drive an hour and a half back home after a long day at the park.

We used to go to the Cape Codder every year but after they turned into Margaritaville the prices have been ridiculous. We found this place which used to be Coco Keys. Waterpark was great, the water was warm. Check in was fast and easy since we bought tickets online. My only complaint would be that they closed the bar and shops down an hour early than the actual park closes.

I have come here for the past seven years with my family and it’s been enjoyable. Unfortunately, this year I’m really disappointed. We booked an overnight stay and I don’t think we’ll return. Upon check in, we weren’t offered cookies (which is no big deal but it was a sign of shortcomings to be experienced). We get to the room and there were dirty towels on the floor and in the shower and no clean towels to replace them. I removed the towels and brought them out in the hall to the cleaning crew and asked for towels but they didn’t understand what I was requesting. We went to the pool and it closed within an hour due to issues that needed the engineer. I believe a toddler went to the bathroom in the pool as I saw something floating in the water. We went over to the water park section and were told they would be closing at 7pm. So we wanted to make the most of our time and went to the bigger slides. All of the double rafts that were available were seriously deflated. We waited for people to come off the slides with available rafts. Every twosome that came down kept the double rafts and kept going up for another slide. There was a long line of children waiting and the staff did nothing. We mentioned the lack of rafts and were told they were short staffed and there was no one available to inflate rafts. I can sympathize with being short staffed. It just seems the staff could’ve told guests to leave the rafts rather than let people take 5 turns without sharing the tubes. Overall the facility was very poorly run this trip with no consideration for the guests. Really sad to leave this review since I have enjoyed this place in the past. It just felt like they really didn’t care about the guest experience. I won’t return.
