Went for the Not so Scary kids time slot. No actors but the staff was mostly friendly. One man had had enough for the day by the time we got there but the other 10 staff members we saw were great. Loved the decorations and the food in the tavern was good. The attractions that were open were entertaining for my 8 year old. Older kids might not have found this time slot so exciting. Overall pretty good. would like to try again when ours is older for the night attractions.

Incredible actors and staff. It was a great scary night, with fun and games . Awesome secret bars all around. Delicious specialty drinks can be found inside. Just have to find them. We'll laid out floor plan. All around an excellent night out with friends. Defiant must do if you like the macab .

This place does not disappoint! We came in Ocotober for the Halloween Haunt and December for the Christmas Haunt. Both were a lot of fun!! We can't wait to come back in February for the Valentines Day Haunt!! We just hope Porky is there. He is a staple!!

For the price, Bayville Scream Park doesn’t deliver. You’d be better off saving up for a trip to Six Flags or even flying to Universal—both offer much more for nearly the same price. The lack of scare actors was shocking, almost like they all called out sick. Most of the ones we saw seemed too young, inexperienced, and, honestly, too smiley to be scary. Only two actors stood out as genuinely creepy and good at their jobs. Even on a busy Saturday, there was just one roaming actor in the park—a teenager with a chainsaw. He was entertaining, but still not what you’d expect from a 'scream park.' Where were all the in-character cast members? That’s something you’d assume would be a key part of the experience. Two of the haunted houses were especially disappointing because they had no ceilings. Look up, and you see warehouse ceilings and fans, completely breaking the illusion. It felt lazy and cheap for them not to finish the space. Plus, audio speakers were often visible in plain sight. For a place with permanent structures, they should be putting more effort into immersion. The haunts were mostly a mix of Home Depot props and curtains for walls, with minimal darkness or atmosphere. They should focus on making fewer but higher-quality attractions. Why not create three really immersive haunts with well-trained actors instead of six mediocre ones? Ironically, the scariest moments had nothing to do with the park itself. In the temple attraction, someone grabbed my legs—not an actor, but other guests sticking their hands under the walls. We also had a guest walking way too close behind us the whole time, and for a while, we thought she was part of the show. Turns out, she was just following too close with her head down so her face looked like hair! On a positive note, the exterior of the park was well done. The creepy, cozy atmosphere was a nice touch, which earned this place an extra star from me. However, the vibe was dampened by too many Jell-O shots and not enough fall treats like cider donuts or pumpkin-flavored snacks. They do have hot chocolate, though, which is good. Overall, it feels like Bayville Scream Park has potential, but they need to focus on quality over quantity and invest more in the details and training.

Had a blast here. The staff is amazing. Drinks are great. I recommend this very much. Go here at-least twice a year. Must go.
