Will To Escape

I visited this location and played the innocence room. The set design was awesome! However, while playing the game my boyfriend and I “solved something too early” and the game host told us that. But the thing we solved too early was very much obvious and the puzzle set up was just bizzare. We finished with about 30 minutes left of the clock. I’ve done quite a few escape rooms in the past few years and I’ve never had a game master tell us we are to ignore something we solved too “early”. They could use some work on the order of the puzzles or tweak something to make it less obvious. The game master also was a bit not clear about instructions so we were confused as to what we can and can’t touch

We’ve managed to play all of the rooms here and have had a blast each time! As a bonus we got to beta test the Big Foot room and am excited for others to enjoy the experience. Shout out to Jade who was an amazing game master on a few occasions! Will be back for the Italian restaurant and any other rooms they come up with.

Our group had so much fun in their new Bigfoot Room! Definitely returning to try the other ones. Super themed rooms, fun puzzles, and very nice staff!

We did the bigfoot escape room. However one of the areas you had to use a book of monkeys to figure out the lock code. It said multiple monkeys on a branch etc. After spending 15 minutes on it we asked for help and found that the image only had one monkey on a branch. This was totally off and wasted time and upset the kids we brought with us. They should make sure things are accurate and not misleading. To say multiple monkeys on a branch and its an image with only one monkey that is misleading.

This should have been a great experience. We did the best innocence room. It was well designed and thought out. Unfortunately, the team did not reset the room properly and left the master keys in a place that we thought was part of the room. Within 15 minutes we had opened the safe and accidentally skipped about 10 of the puzzles. By the time we reversed through things, we were lost on which things we had skipped. I would not usually have an issue with this, but to charge someone $200 for a poor experience when you screw up is wrong. when you screw up the experience, you own it and refund the guest.
