My first time going here. I really enjoyed it. I caught four little bluegill, one small largemouth bass, and a huge turtle.

Nice small park with sidewalk around varying sports. Soccer field, tennis courts. Very new and clean playground. Very nice little clean lake with hiking trail around it.. I didn't see restrooms. About 5 acres. Sheriff's K9 office too.

Overview: The park is a nice size getaway for the day. Many people love to bring their dogs and walk in the big open field next to a small lake. You can play basketball, go fishing off a small dock and play whatever game you want in a few large open areas. What to know: There are restrooms in the front and rear of the park. The basketball courts are in good condition. The nice ample space next to the lake that you can venture about. I have seen people fish in the lake, so bring a poll—a good amount of parking along with a playground for the kids. The Oceanway Sports Association is located in the back. The gates are closed unless there is an event going on. There was a bit of trash lying around the last time i visited. It takes all of us to keep things clean.

Great fishing in a decently private atmosphere. Lord of people throughout the entire park, but there's plenty of room for someone to fish in their own spots without having anyone underneath you and crowding your fishing area! There's something at this park for just about anyone.. Picnicing, but watching, fishing, basketball, playground, duck feeding, trail walking, Reading, cook out grills, I believe even atv Trails within respectful limits, soccer fields, musicians come out and practice here too.. I absolutely love this place!

Although swimming is not prohibited, you're still allowed to. Just know that you can't hold them accountable if anything happens in the water. Over all a pretty fun nature walk and pretty water, the back pond has some really pretty blue water. Unfortunately a bit of trash does build up, but it does get cleaned up after a bit. There are only restrooms up at the front of the park, so if you go on a walk just make sure to go before! Dogs are allowed and most people do bring their dogs, although most may bark they're all friendly. Unfortunately there are no picnic areas, as you're not really supposed to stick out there for too long since it's a preserve, but if you just take a couple chairs and a foldable table than you're good. There have been a few times that me and my friend group have been harassed, but that is because we are visibly queer
