This place is absolutely amazing! The architecture will blow you away! It is absolutely a great bang for your buck! This place entertains on multiple levels it doesn’t matter how old you are. There’s something in there you can do or you will find fascinating! You can spend hours in here and not even realize you’ve been there that long!! we were able to visit tons of attractions! There were several things that we were not able to partake in because of the crowding! There is sometimes too many people in here which makes the wait times ridiculous! Which leads me to my other issue, I was standing in line waiting for an hour for an XD movie experience with my 10-year-old daughter. Of course, standing in line this long someone’s gonna have to go to the restroom so to save our spot line I’ll let her go and I stayed! When she returned, I tried to let her get back in line with me and there was this grumpy old man who snapped at her and at me about breaking the line! However, I watched him let several other people back into the line so what made us any different? When I tried to explain what happened and that she was not breaking the line, I was removed from the line with a snarly attitude from this old gentleman that I have pictured below! My advice if you’re going to hire employees to work in a facility around children, they have to be friendly! This guy didn’t have a piece of friendliness in him, not sure if he was having a bad day, at this point do not care because he definitely made my daughter feel uncomfortable!!! and as a grown older gentleman, you should know children have to use the restroom, especially standing in line that long! The way he handled the situation he better be careful because any other person it could easily have turned into something different with his attitude! We were having such a great time until we encountered him! I didn’t care about doing anything else and neither did they! For us to start off so awesome it ended terribly! Just so you know I place the picture so you know exactly who I’m talking about! But for the experience, it’s a great place. Just need better employees!

Took our 5 teens and had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend. Only drawback was the line for the ropes course was ridiculously long , so kids didn't get to do it, as they are not the most patient of teens, unfortunately.

Whether you have a 5-year-old or a 15-year-old teenager, this place offers fun for all ages! You can easily spend hours here exploring everything it has to offer. However, keep in mind that many activities have weight and height restrictions, so plan accordingly.

To start off with their website was supposed to send me a confirmation code for two dollars off per ticket. I never received it so I went to the counter and told the guy he said it could take up to two hours and then never gave me the discount. I also went to the restroom at the beginning. It smelled horrible. Smell like a urinal in the entire place so they need to work on that. The rest of the place was pretty cool. There was a couple attractions not running. One of them was some type of sphere that spun around. I guess and another one was the 3-D roller coaster ride, which only one was working. I would recommend on the pedal thing. I don’t know what its called but you go upside down about 10 times. It’s pretty cool. All children with us were under four and they were able to do a majority of the activities. There is some cool activities. We didn’t do, which were something that you get tethered to a track and walk upstairs and across platforms. Look pretty cool, but the children are too small. Be aware at the end. There is an arcade so if you don’t wanna spend more money immediately get in the elevator and leave your pass is good for the entire day in case you wanna leave and come back.

Came after a weather front of snow came through the area we had driven to gatlinburg for my sons 6th birthday🎂 most everything in town was closed due to the “weather” however wonderworks was open. Shout out to Malcom and the rest of the staff that made it into work. Yall made my kids day! We had an absolute blast! Not everything was open due to staffing etc. but we will absolutely be back in the future. Thank you for making my kids day special.
