Woody's Jump n Play

I’ve taken my son here about 2-3 times. I’ve previously only brought him during the weekday and it’s way less crowded if you like it to be less people there because Saturday it was crowded. He always loved it so I decided to have his 5th birthday here. The host was very nice and the young lady right by the front door was very nice as well. I would say the older lady that was there wasn’t as welcoming nor friendly as the younger women that was there, that’s the only reason I give 4-stars. The kids all had a great time. It’s a nice size party room. I wanted to hire a Spider-Man entertainer for our party room to give them something to do but it wasn’t allowed which was fine I guess. Their mascot will only come in for 2 mins to take pictures then leave.

This place is awesome for young children. I bring my child 1-2 times a month to jump and release some energy. The staff seems friendly enough but stay on their phones and it’s up to the parent to monitor safety. They have some tables and chairs and a tv playing kids shows with subtitles for the parents. The concession prices are high but that’s normal anywhere you go

Woody’s has the best customer service I have ever seen. Today, my grandson lost his Dexcom sensor that monitors his diabetes while he was playing and couldn’t find it anywhere but 2 ladies that was working there today Ms. Ariel and Ms.Tauheedah Mangers went above and beyond to help us find that sensor. They were genuinely concerned and did not stop until that sensor was found. Most employees would have said that’s their problem but these two ladies gave 200% customer service, I would highly recommend this place for all parents to bring their young children here. Nice and clean place with best customer service ever. I also appreciate all parents that were there that helped us look for the sensor. My grandchildren also love it here and their favorite place.

Clean and safe. Good fun! We took our grandson and he thoroughly enjoyed his time at Woody’s! There are inflatables for kids who can walk steadily up to age 12. Our grandson is 2. There is an exclusive 3 and under inflatable for the little ones to enjoy. They have snacks, treats and socks for sale if you forget to bring your socks ;-) (bring your socks!). It’s one price for an unlimited amount of time. There is also an adult seating area with a television for those who are interested. There is a massage chair and WiFi as an added perk. This was a great place to go alternatively to the playground, especially on those rainy days. We will be back for sure!

Usually we just come over to jump, but today we had our son's birthday party at Woody's. It was a great experience and the kids had a blast! Everything was exactly as promised according to the party package we chose. The staff is always nice and helpful.
