On weekends usually more busy, cafe is open, also saw several birthday parties. It's a lot of fun for kids here. Yes, it's not a new place, and maybe they need renovation, but kids love this place.

Pros: -The place is huge and my son loves it. We go about twice a week. -Never really that crowded. Cons: - constantly dirty and in need of vacuuming. - Employees don’t enforce the ‘must wear socks’ policy. - oftentimes during the week or evenings the employees will be jumping on the trampolines with their shoes on

I went on a weekday not long after they open for the day. Pros: The trampoline park is big with different areas to try. They have 3 obstacle course inflatable houses too. And small arcade area. About 3 birthday party area one being huge. And a vip area (looks like to play video games) Cons: the biggest inflatable house does NOT have enough air to hold up one 40 lb child. I can't imagine how this will get on a weekend with so many kids around. It either needs an extra air blower or the blower needs to be powerful. The whole place was filthy. Bathrooms, dining/party area, trampoline area, inflatable area including the entrance. I don't think there is a manager here and if there is he/she is not doing his job. The owner of this place clearly hasn't stepped in to check it out otherwise it would be different. The Young adults working there are just sitting down at the concessions stand talking. The other 3 are gathered at the lobby where you check in doing the same. No one is keeping an eye on the trampoline or bouncy areas. I saw a short woman with red hair who works there leaving the restroom for a moment. I used the restroom shortly after. That's when I noticed the restroom being not dirty but filthy. Only 1 sink works the faucet on the other 2 just falls out. So I mentioned to the staff including the short red hair woman how filthy the bathrooms are and she said "are they" but you could tell she was not surprised by this because she had just seen it herself yet she was just sitting down talking. The water fountain was filthy too. I wouldn't recommend even eating at this place because if what's visible is this disgusting, I can't imagine what their kitchen would look like. I'm adding videos and pictures of proof Walls are being "fixed" and there's a safety glass that fell off but they just put foam so nobody falls. There were buckets on the trampoline area because it looks like they have leaks. Overall it looks like they don't ever clean. I understand after a party things get dirty but even the floor had grime and several dry spills that look like they have been there for months. It is sad because the play area is good for its size but when nobody takes care and workers are being paid to sit down then things fall apart. I'd suggest hiring people who are willing to work and keep a business running.

Place is fun for the kids but so …so..Dirty!!!! Carpet looks like never been cleaned and vacuumed ! Dirty floors! No toilet paper or soap in bathrooms. Stuff is very helpful and friendly! 🙏1
