I got to look a whale in the eye from five feet away and didn't even get wet. That's about the closest I really want to get to be honest... Lol Got to see Humboldt squid battle, sharks and sea lions up close and personal even got to pet an AI generated sea lion on the belly. The 3D dome was my favorite. If I ever win the lottery, I want a 3D dome in my house. It is definitely different than any other attraction I have been too

I’m going to try to leave the most constructive review here but will be nothing but honest. This is absolutely not worth the money. Spent to go see this for adults. Possibly a good venue for a school field trip or maybe even a daycare outing but definitely not vacation worthy for adults. It is basically a bunch of TV screens sat in a somewhat underwater setting that failed to impress on every level. Even the arts and crafts coloring room that you have to sit for 20 minutes and watch kids color would not work properly on the digitizing board and had to be reset two different times. The tour guide was very Nice But that’s about the only positive. I can give this venue. Actually felt like a prisoner underwater ISH.

This was a fun expirence! This is a timed and guided showing. We had 3 adults and 1 toddler, everyone had a great time! The staff was very friendly and made it excitable for everyone involved. We loved how interactive everything was throughout the tour, even for our toddler! Recommend purchasing tickets in advance. You are able to buy tickets at the door, but there may be a wait time depending on the next show time available. We visited the Disney outlet store while we waited, which is across the street. Highly recommend this place, especially for children.

Very fun experience. It's a semi guided tour where you are taken to different rooms that have cool video experiences or interactive games. Our tour guide was Alex and he was AWESOME. Very friendly and never ran out of puns, which I appreciate. My wife and I went and enjoyed. It's tailored more towards kids but we still had a good time.

Our experience had its ups and downs. While the kids seemed to enjoy it overall, there’s definitely room for improvement to make it more enjoyable for everyone. Adding real animal clips instead of relying on animated ones could significantly enhance the experience. The animations felt overplayed and were difficult to see clearly in the various small room setups. The squid battle was particularly underwhelming, and the following room didn’t improve much due to its setup and the crowding. Additionally, the tour guide’s voice, though energetic, came across as too loud for the setting and became a bit distracting. The interactive drawing room was engaging but went on for too long, and it would be great if they offered children’s-sized 3-D glasses for the finale. Our daughters were quite upset because the standard glasses kept slipping off their faces. I’m thankful that my two girls were able to enter for free, as the adult ticket prices didn’t feel justified given the overall experience. If the pricing were more reasonable, it might be easier to overlook some of these shortcomings. It’s a decent outing for young kids, but adults may leave feeling a little underwhelmed BUT.. it is meant for the kids so that's what counts.
