I met Bruce and Jenna today 11-27-24, and they were extremely kind and patient with my 13 yr old Autistic God-Son! They were so nice and made my God-Son soooo happy. You want to have fun with your family? This is the place to take them!! My God-Son did not want to leave! Thank you Jenna and Bruce for your kindness!

I went here with my son and daughter and we had a BLAST! Great selection of games but what really sets it apart is the staff. Bruce went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. When we got there, he noticed my son was wearing a Minecraft shirt. He engaged him on the topic and gave my son specific game recommendations based on his likes. When we were done playing, he helped my children pick out the best prizes with their tickets. We go to a lot of arcades and Bruce’s service and knowledge really stands out.

Not mad at this location, it was solid. Most of the video games worked. the ones that didn't had communication written on it. This location has potential to be a major destination. Not sure how its managed, but it could use an upgrade in a lot of its attractions. It's a great place to take your young kids and let them run around and get their fill, older teens and young adults may get bored with the selection. An additional investment in this space could take it to a prime location. Especially with the foot traffic it gets being right outside the busiest food court of the mall and in the amusement park. All in all, it was fun. I would return just because I know what I'm getting and it isn't too busy for the most part.

This place was pretty cool shout out to Q he was the best st part of the experience. Took care of us and showed us such kindness that we will not forget. Wish there were more people like him around. Very nice employee. Definetly a spot to go and spend some time if you have nothing else to do. If you go to the arcade in nick universeyou gotta go here to redeem your tickets. Thank you so much again Q for making our sour experience due to the storm, into a memorable day that we appreciated all that much more. Thank you.

Fun experience! Very clean and well maintained machines. Lots of variety some high quality ones. We were there for about an hour and didn't see any disinfecting, I'm not a huge clean freak even walking by spraying with Lysol would be effort. Package deals reasonable and cost per game little high but not outrageous.
